"I've been coming into your store since I took up riding 5 years ago, and
even attended one of your KTM demo days. Parker Brothers has always been an
important part of my motorcycling experience and I can't think of the amount
of gear, motor oil, chain-cleaner, etc that I've gotten from you guys, not
to mention all the advice. I still remember coming into the shop next to
Cycle World to try on my first ever pair of motorcycle boots. I knew
nothing about bikes or gear, but I felt completely comfortable and taken
care of in your store. With the passage of time and many thousands of
kilometres, I have become much more knowledgeable, but you've always
remained my go-to shop for anything I've needed. The professionalism and
courtesy of your staff is rare in your industry, and their enthusiasm for
motorcycles and for the motorcycling community is apparent, and infectious.
I can't walk in and out of Parker Brothers without being inspired to take
that trip I've been dreaming of, or to finally take up dirt-biking, or to
start thinking about buying a little dirt bike for my nephews. I actually
drive past your store to and from work every day, so even in these cold
times your shop is a little daily reminder of warmer days.
In this challenging economic time, and given the history of other
Toronto-area bike shops, I'll take the opportunity of your email to wish you
well in return. I hope that 2009 brings another successful year to your
business, and that your dedication, passion, customer service, and good
management help you to remain the best bike shop, by far, in this whole
city. Even more so, I wish all the best to you and your family in 2009, and
